Quality System Review
Leadership - The ownership of C&H Roofing has an extensive background in the construction industry. They have created the environment at C&H that quality is number "1" and with quality, excellence follows. This is demonstrated daily by constantly visiting job sights and physically reviewing the quality of work being performed. They believe in the Thomas Pertes "In Search Of Excellence" principle of MBWA (Management By Walking Around). Our tract supervisors are given feedback on how they are performing and if any action is necessary to increase performance.
Strategic Quality Planning - C&H tracks all service orders in a database and prepares analysis of what problems re-occur. This helps formulate what action plans are necessary to increase productivity and quality to our customers. This tool creates constant upgrading of our performance.
Customer Focus and Satisfaction - Our tract supervisors visit regularly with your site management to receive progress reports which help create a team environment. We also have customer support assistants assigned to each supervisor. They act as service liaisons and can be reached any time during the day. We have a quality and safety inspector whose soul purpose is to visit each tract and independently evaluate performance and seek feedback from your team. This is reviewed by management and our supervisor teams.
Management of Process Quality - As stated above, all service orders are tracked on our computer system. Our policy is to address each order in a timely manner. These orders are tracked by the customer service liaison and reviewed regularly with our supervisors. We also require the tract supervisors to turn in a daily progress report to management with comments regarding progress at each tract visited that day.
Employee Involvement - The company has regular safety meetings which are an open forum that permits all employees to discuss/suggest any topic that will enhance both quality and team effort.
Information and Analysis - Management has a monthly operational meeting where all departments report on their performance followed by an open discussion on how we can continue to improve on our overall company mission.
Product Quality - C&H Roofing is dedicated to applying a high quality roof system. We offer an ASTM #40 felt underlayment at no additional charge as opposed to a #30 used by many other roofing companies. Our flashing systems are upgraded as well. Our roof to wall metal and valley dry-ins are designed to eliminate failures for may years beyond the normal life expectancy of a standard application.
